Can I purchase an item in a different one of your fabrics?
Certainly! Send us a message on our Contact Page with the item and fabric name and we can arrange a custom order for you.
Do you post outside of Australia?
At this time we only post Australia wide.
How Do I Care For My Garments?
At ily baby, we source digitally printed, 100% certified organic cotton fabric across our range which means no nasty chemicals. To help preserve the digital prints and colour, we recommend using a phosphate-free detergent and either hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water and preferably in a laundry bag. Always line dry in the shade where possible.
How much do you charge for postage?
For parcels which weigh between 1 and 500gms postage is $9.95 for Parcel Post and $12.95 for Express Post. For parcels which weigh more than 500gms postage is $12.95 for Parcel Post and $16.95 for Express Post. All our postage includes tracking.
What is your return policy?
As a small business, we try our very utmost to ensure every product is of the highest quality. Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event that your product is faulty. Please advise us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will arrange for a return.
Please note – As all our products are custom made, returns will not be accepted for a change of mind. Please also note once an order has been shipped, a request for a change in size cannot be accepted as all our garments are custom made to your original order.
When will I receive my order?
At ily baby, we carry all fabrics in stock. Products will be made and shipped in approximately 3-5 business days from the order date or sooner, unless sold out prior.
If a particular fabric for a product has sold out, we will advise you accordingly via email and will offer either a refund of your purchase or you may wish to choose an alternative fabric. Please note we order our fabrics very regularly to ensure an ongoing supply.
We ship our parcels via Australia Post which includes tracking and your parcel should arrive within 2-3 business days or earlier from the date it was despatched. Please note we do not have any control over Australia Post and are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by Australia Post.
What fabrics do we use in our range?
For most of our product range we source certified Organic Cotton which meets the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) and uses a digital printing process designed to minimize waste. So, no “nasties” in our fabric range.
